Our own island property, with its immaculate lagoon, is a great location for aquatic sports. The greatest crowds occur between December and April.

How to get to the Radisson Blu Resort, Maldives
From Velana International Airport
- By seaplane transfer: Seaplane transports to the resort take around 30-45 minutes, with possibly brief stops at other resorts along the route. Seaplanes are only available during daylight hours and will serve visitors arriving on foreign flights between 6 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. everyday, as well as leaving international flights between 9 a.m.
- Baggage allowance: The baggage allowed per person (above the age of two years) is 20 kilos for check-in luggage and 3 kilograms for hand luggage. Infants have no luggage allowance. Excess luggage will be charged an extra price of USD 5.60 per kilogram, payable at the check-in desk.
From Villa Airport Maamigili
- By domestic flight transfer: Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, our Airport Representatives will greet you and accompany you to the Domestic Terminal, where you may check in for your domestic transfer. The domestic flight transfer takes roughly two hours from the time of check-in, depending on airline operations and weather conditions.
- Seaplane baggage allowance: The baggage allowance per person (above the age of two) is 25 kilos for check-in luggage and 5 kilograms for hand luggage. Infants have no luggage allowance.
